Sessions

In a world filled with so many stressors, everyone deserves a safe space to process and explore ways to feel better. I believe in the power of collaboration in therapy as I work closely with my clients, fostering warm and interactive relationships. I will guide you on self-development and the enrichment of the potential you already possess – while enabling you to mitigate the roadblocks that inevitably try to slow you down. My approach to therapy is to consider that insights and breakthroughs resonate more and become sustainable when clients get there on their own.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, I will guide our understanding, assessment, and treatment of your complex symptoms. You no longer need to allow trauma to define you! I will give you the courage and confidence to “stand up to the bully on the playground” and diffuse the power of those intrusive thoughts and memories! If you are experiencing loss and grief, I can offer compassionate yet skillful ways to cope and adjust to your “new normal”.
