Haleigh's Bio

Meet Haleigh Bauldwin!  My therapeutic approach integrates relational psychotherapy with evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), neuroscience-informed interventions, and expressive arts therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to increase insight into emotional and behavioral patterns, strengthen emotion regulation and coping capacities, and effectively address personal, interpersonal, and environmental challenges. This integrative approach supports long-term resilience, psychological health, and meaningful life functioning.

As a Certified Positive Discipline Educator, I focus on teaching emotional regulation skills, Positive Discipline strategies, and practical tools that create opportunities for success at home and in daily life. I believe with collaboration and consistency, challenges within families can be transformed into pathways for growth and connection.

My therapeutic style is creative, curious, and compassionate. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing challenges related to ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and nervous system regulation. Using evidence-based practices, I encourage clients to fully engage in the healing process and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Just as art invites new perspectives, therapy helps clients reframe experiences and nurture their inner strengths, supporting continued growth and overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I have graciously served individuals and families from all backgrounds as they build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy relationships. A journey that has required tenacity to learn, support, and teach others how to become comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Specializing in Neurodiverse Populations

Haleigh specializes in supporting the neurodivergent community using psycho education, skills building, and evidence-based techniques to help kids and teens with their emotional well-being and social development.

Her tailored approach, using evidence-based play techniques, can help kids manage their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build relationships.

Equally important are support sessions for parents, who often face unique challenges in raising neurodiverse children. Parent-focused skill building and advocacy offer valuable resources, a sense of community, and empower parents along their journey.

Together, these support systems enhance the quality of life for neurodiverse youth and their families, fostering resilience and understanding.
