Sessions

Hi, I’m Alex Ayvazian—a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and nationally certified counselor (NCC). I work with adults ages 18 to 64 who are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, identity issues and trauma. Depending on the need, I have been known to offer services on skill-building and in-depth processing work with my clients. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper sense of meaning and direction, I’m here to support you with empathy, clarity, and collaboration.

I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and am also pursuing doctoral studies there. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, whether you're looking for practical coping skills or space for deeper exploration and healing.

Outside the counseling room, I enjoy meditation, yoga, music, movies, gaming, and reading.

I aim to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard and empowered to grow. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
