I am a licensed private-practice psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience successfully guiding clients of all ages through severe anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship conflicts, OCD, PTSD, ADD, and various mood disorders. I help clients maximize their potential by providing the tools necessary for sustained success and utilizing proven strategies to overcome a wide range of mental challenges.
I use a person-centered, holistic approach to address the unique needs associated with each client or family's challenges. With a focus on solution-oriented counseling, sessions will encourage clients to explore new perspectives, discover skills for change, and ultimately utilize their strengths and natural abilities to overcome obstacles in a trusting, supportive setting.
