Sessions

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of trauma. For over 15 years, I have helped adults of all ages overcome life-altering traumas and deal with various challenges they have encountered. No problem is too big or too small. If you’re having difficulty navigating the obstacles in your life, I can help you leave the past behind and provide you with tools to help you move toward a healthy, productive future.

Each session is unique and focuses on the needs of the client. I use a variety of innovative, proven approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, acupressure exercises and other techniques which utilize the mind-body connection. These methods effectively decrease emotional distress, allowing clients to live in a more peaceful state of existence, learn new skills and expand their ability to respond constructively in challenging situations.
