who focuses on the practice of developing
Deep Heath with my clients.
I use a GSPA (Goals, Skill, Practices, Actions) approach that promotes a personalized and holistic view of wellness, encouraging individuals to build on their existing skills while taking ownership of their health journey through structured goal setting and easy to follow, actionable plans.
I use a client-centered approach to address the unique needs associated with each client or family's nutrition and movement challenges. With a focus on solution-oriented coaching, sessions will encourage clients to explore new perspectives, discover skills for change, and ultimately utilize their strengths and natural abilities to overcome obstacles in a trusting, supportive setting.

- 16 Sessions Total
- 45-minute sessions, 4x's per month

We
will focus on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Goal Setting: We will work together to identify realistic and achievable health goals, whether it's weight loss, improved nutrition, stress management, or increased physical activity.
- Regular Check-ins:
You can expect
regular meetings (in-person or virtually) with me to track your progress, address challenges, and stay motivated.
- Education and Resources:
I will
provide you with information and resources related to nutrition, exercise, and other health-related topics.
- Behavior Change Strategies: You will learn strategies to develop healthy habits and overcome obstacles that may hinder your progress.
- Support and Accountability: I will provide encouragement and accountability, helping you stay on track so that you can make sustainable changes.
