Sessions

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, a Board Certified National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Doctoral Candidate.

My experience includes psychiatric hospitals, residential homes, and school settings. I also speak Arabic, French and Tamil.

My goal as your therapist is to provide you with practical solutions and tools that you can be equipped to practice outside of therapy. My approach with you as my client will be to start where you are, while assisting you in identifying healthy solutions for your problems. I believe that most people have the ability to be empowered to build on their strengths, however at times feel as though they are stuck.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. I will work along with you to grow and make positive changes that can result in a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic style is warm, unconditionally accepting, with supportive engagement with each person on their thrilling journey to better understand who she/he really is.

When I am not a therapist, I am a mom to two incredible children. I enjoy cooking, reading, watching the newest binge worthy TV and traveling to new places.
