I specialize in treating anxiety and depressive disorders and working with individuals to foster their self-esteem, improve relationships, and learn healthy boundary setting and effective communication skills both personally and professionally. We will focus on building resilience, promoting hope, and nurturing your strengths to help you effective cope with whatever challenges come your way.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Positive Psychology approaches to help you recognize negative thought patterns and emotions so you can challenge them instead of accepting harmful self-beliefs as true. In addition, I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is widely considered the gold standard for treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder.
